AutoDOSAT is the most modern solution for automation of offset ink mixing plants , which completely eliminates manual operations. The system is based on MDOSAT 16 or 24 modules and allows for complete ink processing – from placing an empty can, through dosing, to closing, labeling and mixing the finished ink batch.
The device for UV and conventional inks and is fully compliant with the Industry 4.0 standard, providing real-time data monitoring and analysis. The ideal solution for large production plants and modern printing houses that want to optimize the work of the mixing plant and reduce human errors.
