Printing Proofer is a specialist, compact laboratory device that allows for faithful reproduction of industrial printing conditions. Depending on the selected head, it allows for performing gravure (rotogravure), flexographic tests, as well as coating and lamination. It is an invaluable tool in paint mixing rooms, R&D laboratories and quality control departments.

The device also enables correlation between the printing machine’s aniloxes and the paint mixer, which significantly increases precision and predictability in the production process. The device supports almost any flexible substrate and allows for simultaneous preparation of a print in two colors. Thanks to the high operating speed (up to 40 m/min ), it is also possible to test high-viscosity paints. Micrometric adjustment allows for excellent sample repeatability .

There is no way to properly verify the formula without a proper reprint. The flexographic proofer allows you to make a reprint correlated with the aniloxes used in production and then spectrally verify the X-Rite Exact 2 color to the ColorCert or InkFormulation program.

Printing plates:

Printing plates for the Printing Proofer are engraved electronically, in the same way as production printing cylinders. Standard plates cover a wide range of applications, but it is possible to order special plates – with a logo, text, or a non-standard field layout.
