Offset test printing device

Professional device for creating offset color stripes with a known ink layer thickness. Irreplaceable in offset ink laboratories and quality control departments.

The C1 is a versatile printability tester designed specifically for use in dye labs and quality control departments. It allows the creation of color stripes from offset printing inks with a known ink layer thickness , making it ideal for color matching and color measurement systems.

The device eliminates the need to perform tests directly on printing machines, which significantly reduces the consumption of raw materials and machine downtime.

How does it work?

The device consists of two sections:

1. Inking section – with two driven aluminium drums and a pressure roller (available in versions for conventional or UV inks). Ink distribution takes approx. 30 s, and application to the printing disc – approx. 15 s.
   
2. Printing section – with a printing disc and an impression cylinder. The carrier with the substrate is pressed and automatically peeled off after making a sample.
   

It is recommended to use a special pipette to precisely dose the paint.
