Thanks to the built-in battery, the device can operate for many hours without the need for connection to the mains power supply. The RS232 interface allows for seamless integration with computers, printers and recipe systems.

The scale also has ALIBI memory , which records all measurements – an extremely useful function in quality control and documentation of production processes.
